Module that posts new nodes to facebook group

I have been using the Twitter module to post all the new nodes to twitter. Is there another module that works in the same way, but posts to facebook instead. I know about the Twitter application in Facebook that automatically posts news tweets to your facebook page, but what I am really looking for is one that adds posts to a Group's wall.

This is so that all the new posts on the site, regardless of who made them, will be added to the websites group on facebook.

Is there one that does this? Or does anyone know if the twitter application in Facebook will work anyway.
