This is the initial dev release for the sticky notes module.
Feature description:
- New content type sticky_notes
- Add sticky notes to individual pages of a drupal site
- Notes have priorities and a public / private setting
- Fine grained permissions
- If the views module is installed there is a default listing
- Uses Modal Frame API and jQuery UI
