User will not put into the databse

Hi,

I installed everything and i followed the install steps.

But if i login with a user account, drupal always says "# Your user account for the forums has been generated.". But there is no Account generated in the Databse.

Any ideas where the error can be? I am using drupal 4.7.2 and vb 3.5.4
