After playing around with MediaWiki format i decided to delete it and Load default again.
The format did not worked as expected.

Immediately after deleting the format, by looking at the database, i could see that flexifilters table was empty, but that was not the case for flexifilters_parts.

delete from flexifilters_parts followed by "Load default flexifilter" solved the issue.
