Cannot create new Custom Page

Hi,

Nodewords 6.x-1.x-dev
Drupal 6.16

Symptoms :
- New custom pages are not saved in the custom page list (not listed, at least)
- The new custom pages tags are used, but on the path admin/content/nodewords/meta-tags/custom

How to reproduce :
- Test the 6.x-1.x-dev. Upgrade/Update if possible
- Add a custom path, ex. forum, fill the desired fields.
- Save. The path is not taken into account, however, the fields are used on the page with the custom pages list.
