The user profile of drupal.org have a track tab which can keep track what post, book, module issue i followed.
New replies will show # news but the list will not sort by this updated. Sometime I may missed of updated post on another few pages.

As far as I know, the track page is sorted, and the updates posts, or posts with new comment are listed before the others. What does not appear in the track page is any books you edited / created.
