I'm sort-of new to drupal...Not sure if anybody feels the same as me.. I only have one drupal site at the moment, but it feels like I have to upgrade every single week. and it takes such a long time.. What if i had 5/10 drupal sites? And, it's not only the drupal security updates, but also the modules and theme updates?
Is there ANY way to go around this?
Please lemme know. This really consumes alot of my time.?

Personally, I am grateful that there are developers who take the time to make changes to their modules to enhance security, usability, etc. If you had 5 or 10 drupal sites, you would presumably run them off a single installation of drupal, and thus update/upgrade one set of drupal files. Unless you had 5 or 10 clients on different web servers, of course -- a situation which would pose some difficulty.
In the final analysis, some updates are more critical than others. And you are ultimately benefiting from the hard work and creativity of people who volunteer their time.
Thx bwv. I agree with
Thx bwv. I agree with Tytest.... i really hope we get something simpler. and I hope the update manager of drupal 7.. will be in a stable condition. (I'm usually very sceptic 'bout new module/versions of anything ;) - but.... that's me...)
thx for your reply.. lemme start updating.. again ;)
