Hello,

I've installed Drupal, so far all is well.

EXCEPT!

For every content page I create or blog entry I make, the characters I type are displayed as senseless, garbage characters like below

YES! I'm just typing ordinary English text, and this is what I get!~~

I found that chameleon.theme and the background.png image had got swapped

So I re uploaded them and hey-presto!
