Airhead University is a start-up social company. (Think about the Grameen Bank for the poor – Mr. Yunus Muhammad - Nobel Prize 2006)
We want to bring real education to the mass by giving them the cheapest way (online) of learning life skills & business/management knowledge. We expect hundreds millions of users after the project is launched.
Unregistered users can read our theory, our projects (exercises) freely – Open Course Ware.

Registered users can create their own projects. They can invite others to collaborate on these projects. This feature also help each user managing their own life, job, company. Learning in a school is very similar to working in a company if you divide every thing into small tasks.
We want a very flexible system so others can build more modules & add-ins. In other words we need API, because what we just describe here is just the 1st step. There are 99 more. Maybe 999?

- Airhead Project is actually a group of many projects starting with an e-learning & social network combine website. There will be a lot more projects following the first Airhead University.
Market Situation- It’s managed by a Social Venture based in Việt Nam leading by a Vietnamese.
- Although we already have 3G-4G network, fast connection, wi-fi,… there are a lot financial-challenged (poor) people who can’t afford good education. Their future is very dark.
Vision- Hardware & internet connection is cheaper daily. People will have laptop as a daily-working tool soon enough.
- We learn to much stuffs we don’t need in our lives.
- Education cost is higher annually every where.
- Companies & people are focusing too much on technologies, money, processes, reports, analysis, they forget that the fundamental of every business is satisfied other people (including their own staffs). This is a very wrong approach.
- Not having good education is the main reason for many social issues: low productivity, low morale, bad interpersonal communication, crimes, unhealthy living style.
Using the same philosophy as Open Source, we want to fight world poverty starting with Open Education, Open Working, Open Living and later Open Society:
- Open Education is already start with Open Course Ware, but we think it’s not enough. We need a better environment, standards for very customized needs of any individual.
- We need very simple tools like Wiki, eMail, Project Management, Presentation, Tagging, Scoring, Portfolio Management.
- Education cost must be very small.
- There should be a finance support for poor people (Think about Mr. Yunus – The Banker for the Poor – 2006 Nobel Prize) to give them chance to learn critical skills and knowledge for having a better life. So, there must be a tool for tracking this issue (Personal Finance Management).
- We need to connect every country, every people to work on this Open Education Project.

Target Audience- Provide critical life skills for each individual.
- Connect every member who’s supporting our mission from any where on earth.
- Focus mostly on 12-22 age range, although there are no age limit.
Style- Under 15 years old member must register by one of his/her parent.
- Must use computer & internet fluently.
- Have computer with internet access.
Content (lessons) should not be boring, too academic, dry. They must be:
- short for fast reading,
- plain language for easy understanding,
- interesting & funny for engaging readers,
- thought provoking for personal development (critical thinking, creativity),
- having video & audio for people with disabilities & deeper understanding.
Functions & design must be very easy to understand, simple, but attractive. We want minimalism. Members can add more features later.

Main content is in English. There is a tool for translators (members who want to contribute) to translate into other languages.
There are also a dictionary & an encyclopedia.
Practice- Members can choose one of available projects to work on.
Volume- There are no limitation on how many projects member can work on and how many reps.
- Projects are worked on by Teams or Units (created by 2+ teams) based on complexity.
- Project are mostly off-line than online.
- Finish a project teams can get money/fame. Some projects generate money without any fame. Some generate fame with out money. Money is given by the project owners (other members). Fame is given by the editors.
- People can get fame by creating some thing for the community: an article, a detail report for a finished project,…
- Beginning by generate 300 articles/month, we grow to around 1000 articles/month within 12 months. Each article has video & audio versions.
Score & Certificates/Diploma- Members can upload their own photos, video/audio files.
- We expect millions of members within 3 years.
- Members can rate other members.
- There is no certificate or diploma. Learning must be non-stop. They can stop at age 80.

For non-members, they can:

- Only 1 member from that team must pay at the beginning. The rest can pay or choose to pay later (with monthly interest). We actually giving them finance support. This also give a chance for 1 person help 3 friends. Their relationship will be stronger.
- We encourage members help other members.
- Every year, if any member has finance issue, they can pay us later (with monthly interest).
- Members have chance to work for each other so they can earn money easily.

Assigned Contractor must have a certified PMP contact person, we work together using PMBOK issued by PMI.
Assigned Contractor must be one of the top contributors to Drupal Community.
Assigned Contractor must be a company of minimum 10 people.
Assigned Contractor can bid for a flat amount or partnership with % payment. The 2nd option will be much better than the 1st after 1 year.
We need other contractors for working on tools, features, add-ons. All other contractors work with the Assigned Contractor.
All contractors will be honored on our website.
