Issue Summary
I have user profiles setup via CCK. Since there are a ton of fields, I've organized them into field groups. Is it possible to set the privacy at the fieldgroup level instead of the individual field level? For example, I have a "favorites" field group that contains fields like favorite books, favorite tv shows, etc. I'd like to be able to have users be able to choose to hide all of the fields within the group rather than having to set each field individually.

Unfortunatelly, no. This is not supported. You may want to open a separate feature request, or change the status of this issue. However, I won't be able to work on it. It may end up missing in the issues queue unless someone can come up with a patch for review.

I would like to see this very needfull feature like CCK Field Privacy supports too.
