Here is a patch to make Notify module 100% translatable. Notifications are now sent in the recipient language.

Note : this patch includes also the patch from the previous issue.

Please re-roll without the code from the other issue. In order to be committed, patches need to be created against the appropriate branch (DRUPAL-6--1 in this case) and contain only code for the specific issue.
