Hi all/@alaa,
I have downloaded the Arabic Translation files last year and used the translate interface to add more translations into my Drupal database. My question is: How can I integrate or merge my translations with the one's released at Drupal.org (by you and others if any)?
I assume that by downloading and installing the latest Arabic release, I won't loose my own translations for terms that have not been translated and released at Drupal.org yet. Can you confirm this?
Also, what do you use to build the translation files?
Cheers,
~DrupalFan

alaa commentedif you import the files manually from admin->Site building->Translate interface->Import you can choose not to override existing translations.
I'm not sure what you mean when you ask about how to build translation files.

kskhater commentedIf what you mean is how to add to the translation file ( .po file) you can download poedit for you system which is free in the internet and use it to add to change the existing translation.
I hope this help.
