Can I give that one page only should apper when some special kind of user come?
Or can i give permission par page? Means that i can manage that which content page should appear to which user?
Or which content can't see by normal user?
without any code...
is there any module?

Backup your Drupal database, install this module.. attempt to give view permissions for a specific user account.

If it doesn't work as you want, remove the module from your source tree and restore your database.
