Description

I have a website that relies heavily on flexinode created content. I installed this module in the hopes that it would automatically create the appropriate links for email and web addresses, but find that this module does not work as I had hoped it would with flexinode created content, although it works wonderfully with normal page, book, and story content.

With more and more websites having to rely on custom created content, it would be a wonderful addition if this module could work the same with flexinode content as it does with core content. While I've been inputting the appropriate code into each page myself, the intention is that once current content has been fully moved over, all additional content will be added by the site users and I can't expect that they will all have the knowledge to code the mailto and http links themselves.

Sorry - no example to point you at (I can't allow the existing content to remain "unworkable" for any length of time), but this is a repeatable problem. I know - I've repeated it over and over and over...

I just installed the urlfilter.module on a 4.7.2 system. Great module !

I am not having any issues with Flexinode TextArea fields - Urlfilter is working great.

Are you trying to have Urlfilter work with other flexinode fields? From trying a couple of test cases, its clear it does not work that way by design. Not sure I'd want Urlfilter to work on flexinode fields other than TextArea.
