When using drush to update the module it deletes the module folder which results in a broken page. In my opinion the API files are located in the wrong directories. Wouldn't it be beter to store all external API files in the drupal libraries folder? That's makes the usage of postiteverywhere easier on a multi site setup and it won't break drush updates.
