I need to figure out a way to add a menu item to a custom menu that I've created for a content administrator on my web site. The user is able to create events and some flexinode content. I need to be able to allow them to edit all of that content by clicking on a menu item on a custom menu.
I set up the access control so that they can edit those nodes that I've permitted and I've created a menu item in my menu. I think that I either need a new link for the menu item or some other alternative. The only way that I saw to get to the edit page was through the link www.sample.com/?q=node/admin. But then this adds another menu with links to edit content, content types and posts. I don't want the additional menu.
Any help would be truly appreciated!!!
