I have Gmap enabled but is there a way of using google maps while users set up their location? At the moment they enter an address into fields, and then can check their location on google maps. If however the actual location is slightly different id love for users to be able to drag the pin around on the map. Can this be done?

Thanks

I dont know. I'm not using the map to enter locations. Maybe ... if you found another issue someone has posted that you think you could test, you could offer a trade. You could ask them if they will take a look at your issue if you take a look at theirs?

Check 'submit latitude/longitude' in permissions for location module. It's always a good idea to do this *before* posting ;-)

Thanks for your comment Hutch but I have you misunderstood what im trying to do? Ive ticked these boxes and their is no change.

Anyway I dont have this feature as admin, which I thought has all permissions anyway.

I can only suggest you go through things carefully, flush the cache etc. I know it works bacause I'm looking at it.

The sites on the back-burner for now and I may end up rebuilding it from scratch anyway. Thanks for comments, its good to know this is indeed possible.

The dev version is where things are the *least* broken at the moment. Fixes are flying in thick and fast so perhaps a wait is a good move.

Sounds like a plan.

lets postpone this until you have another look at the dev version. Just post back later and change the status. :)

I know that this is possible now when using the location module with the gmap module. If support is still needed on this ticket, feel free to re-open it.
