I recently attempted to upgrade one of my sites to 6.16. After running update.php I get a blank white screen, and I can no longer do anything on the site. I get this message: Fatal error: Call to undefined function user_access() in..../sites/all/modules/views/views.module on line 419. Any help?

Any chance all the new files did not get copies to the site?

I would say I'm 99% certain they did get transferred over. I did try re-uploading and making sure all hidden files were included.
