As each 'quote' is only three numeric fields, in might be nearly as quick to delete and add a quote as it would be to go to a seperate page to edit it.

If I get time I'll make a patch so that you can edit each quote. Might be AJAXable I guess.

Yes you're right that it's no big deal to delete and add a quote again.
I just wanted to know if the 'edit' option existed or not.
