I can't get blocks to appear on pages other than the front. I use "Show on only listed pages" and enter the page (mysite.com/?q=xx). Nothing appears. Only when I select the front page will the block appear -- what's up with that?

you use node/## not the full url
if you use path alias you can also use those
admin
admin/*
