passing the value in url

Hi all,

I am new in drupal,I need to pass the value in in url

for eg:

url = localhost/home

i am having list of content as follow

title1
title2
title3

if user click the title1 then url need to change as localhost/home #title1

how to do this in drupal.

Please give me any solution.
