Having the same issue. I am modifying settings in the administration section of "Facebook Applications" and keep on getting this message. I upgraded from beta 10 to beta 11... Can't seem to pin point this.... Anyone else had any luck?
Logging out of Facebook, clearing all cookies, cache, active logins and site preferences (easily done from Firefox Tools/Clear recent history - make sure you select Everything for Time Range) and disabling and clearing Drupal's cache (including page compression and js optimization on your site's admin/settings/performance) fixed this error for me.
In my case, I had been using the separate independent fbconnect module. Although I had disabled it, perhaps some setting remained lingering around :-O
I had also made some changes to my fb app to remove fbconnect specific URL's to it, so it could had also be a matter of waiting for the changes to propagate.
