I upgrade to drupal 6.16 and after this i had a warning: SELECT expire, value FROM semaphore WHERE name = 'locale_cache_pt' in /home/dcosta/public_html/includes/lock.inc on line 154.

it's a warning. did you run update.php? is there anything being adversely affected? did the warning show once? is it consistent?
