I don't know if it's me but I use Garland. I have just upgraded from 6.15 to 6.16. Now, if I add a comment to a page the first comment after clicking on that comment link (at the bottom) is positioned in a right column (which my page does not have). If I say reply to that comment then the reply is positioned at the bottom. The comment system seems to work but this new right hand column placing is new and annoying. It seems to be related to changes in the Garland template.php file (the only file that seems to have changed within the garland folder between these versions).
I shall continue testing and will report further if I find anything more.
Has anyone had similar problems?

please link to a screenscapture of this issue, it's difficult to visualize. I can't reprodouce the comments moving at all in 6.16 version of garland.
