regcode 6.x-2.0

Major rewrite of registration code system providing views integration, and action handling via the views_bulk_operations module. This means much cleaner code internally, more extensibility for both module authors and end users, and the ability to manage tens of thousands of codes easily.

Removes categories in favour of taxonomy based code tagging. Also provides a variety of new contributed modules, including support for role assignment and expiry, on-the-fly code creation and lots more.

This is the first stable version, and the first version to provide a migration path (except role assignment) from 1.x to 2.x.
