Date of the live version is wrong ( always reflects the last pending revision date)

The changed date of the live version is wrong, it is always set to the timestamp of the last revision (pending).

Fixed in the next release. The fix will include a DB update to fix all the wrong entries (and ofcourse avoid new ones)
