Setting up default topic hubs

Hi,

I would like to change the default panel contents of my topic hubs. I really love the fact that, from the list op popular topics, you can create a hub in a few clicks. However, I'd like the featured panels to be different from the defaults. It's probably documented somewhere but I can't seem to find it.
