I can't find any intuitive way to change the display behavior of program times.

This is stemming from my desire to theme "Station Schedule Item: Time" to use three-letter-abbreviations for day names.
Posting this now so I don't forget, I'll be sure to revisit this soon.

Humm... seems like there'd be a theme function you could use to hook into it.
