Where is the code that generate a Story node?

I have Image-Attach module installed. The attached image thumbnails are shown on top of the Story node body. I want to change the php code, so that the image thumb nails are shown below the Story node body.
Does anyone know where the code that generate a Story node?

The display of content is separated into the theme. Check out the Theming guide in the documentation for information about customizing your theme to display things the way you want.
