- The patch fix the tab error if the guestbook disabled in an user account setting.
- The patch make the guestbook module compatible with the realname module.

Please insert the patch code also in the dev release. In the dev release exist the same problems.

1.x won't see another release. We'd need a patch for 2.x instead.
