I am looking for a Drupal 6 expert to re-develop a social / professional networking site for contemporary artists.

The current live site is built on Drupal 5.x The site needs to be redeveloped on 6.x and ready for Spring 2010. A 6.x version of the site has already been created - ready for the re-development.

The site is for a not-for-profit organisation and as such has a limited budget.
The project has five main sections:

1. Social / professional networking: User profile pages (currently using advanced profile kit) User portfolios (self manageable image/audio/ video gallery per user), forums, groups, etc.

2. Magazine format - Articles, reviews, news, interviews, etc with workflow management and easy to use layout / formatting options for editors.

3. International art events listings - Global: filtered by 8 major cities. also local filter available.

4. Shopping cart integration. Each user has the option to run their own commercial gallery/shop. Using Ubercart / Market place modules.

5. Theming the site - clean, lightweight, cross browser compatible, Based on psd file layouts.
