Most developers may not like
Most developers may not like to work on purely equity basis without gaining acquaintance with the partners. In fact you need to be a very powerful entrepreneur and also be able develop good friendship with the developer first before talking about equity arrangement. Perhaps, if you send me a private message with some convincing reason, then it may be possible!!

until I put up the posting... I guess it very much depends on the idea. Being friends I guess is also good but ' business is ' as they say.....business
I wonder
too how do I get to be best buddies with person from internet enough for them to want to build your site ?.... meet first I think... do business... if you like each other after that, and everybody is happy .... friends. However I still don't think that will get a project built... rather undelivered expectations leading to animosity. I'd rather avoid all that. Just positive vibrations here... :-)

I wish I'd seen an ad or posting like mine on leaving Uni... if somebody had offered me something I can see for my own eyes how it works and by helping out I can get to be owner too.... I would have bitten their hands off !
