I have a problem where no matter how many items I put in a shopping cart, the shipping price comes out the same. any suggestions?

Hey,
this is still an issue I'm having. And no matter where I put the shipping address to, it comes up with the same price.

need more info, steps to reproduce, what shipping method, does the test work for that method...
