Support non-standard port specification for MySQL Server

(Using HEAD. Version select menu above doesn't include HEAD).

Here at the UC Berkeley, I'm using the UCB MySQL hosting service. All DB instances run on non standard ports. When I add a new DB server in Aegir at /node/add/server there is no way to specify a non-standard port.

(If there is a workaround I can use until this is implemented, please let me know.)
