There is a very interesting discussion going on in the drupal education group about sticky notes. A suggestion would be sticky_notes + OG would be a great addition as LiveLoveWorkPlay has suggested in the thread. Here is the link to the discussion.

I agree. I will try to set up an arguement for it when I get a chance. Have you tried to do that yet and see if its possible?

It seems to work with og if you add 'og_nodeapi' to the $exclude array. You should now be able to do this easily by overriding the default node form with phptemplate_sticky_notes_node_form($form). I haven't had a chance to test the latest code (still working off a patched version), but I'll try to do that soon.

So I think this 'feature' is already available....
