Issue Summary
Currently GA does not support "pending" members (those who have requested access to a restricted group.) They are treated as non-members by GA. Pending members can be upgraded to member status via the GA interface, but the usual "acceptance" email will not be triggered automatically. GA could provide better functionality in this area.
