As the name says on the tin, I need to import product features (downloads) into Ubercart via the node import module.

I can pay up to £150 (roughly $225). I hope this is a reasonable fee for a project like this.

This is also a bit of a kick-start to the ongoing UC 2.0 development. If the work is stable, I am more than willing to make the files open the the Drupal/Ubercart community.
