I add an autocomplete field to a type no problem

I add a cck date field with calendar popup to the same field - error, only under IE 8

This problem only occurs through Comcast ISP.

I was wrong about the date field. All that seems to count is Comcast ISP or other - AT&T, MAX (Thailand), ...

Whether a simple typed in (id|label) or nuSoap call to populate the list

I'm sorry, but I'm afraid we can do little if an ISP is blocking stuff. Also, please note that this module uses the Autocomplete feature as provided by Drupal core itself.
