I would like to know why the option "Roles allowed to use this profile" is a needed field in this version ?
In the 6.1.4 version, we don't have to choose a role for a profile, and this allowed to keep a profile even if there was any role assigned.

Would be an interesting information because I enabled the only role that is allowed for fckeditor for a test and now I can't disable the selection leading to a configuration problem with my wysiwig editor.

It looks like you're right, but this will not be fixed anymore. Please try CKEditor (http://drupal.org/project/ckeditor).
