I've been trying to find a solution for backing up my Drupal installation to Amazon s3, backup_migrate seems to do only the database....

Does anyone know of a solution that will backup the entire Drupal site to my s3 bucket??

Backup and Migrate with the Backup and Migrate Files should do it for you.
