User search pager doesn't work

I found an existing issue for an older version which claimed this had been fixed (#64870: pager looses search information). In 6.x however, it is not. The attached patch makes some small changes to the troll_search_form() function to first, allow submitted values to persist, and secondly, will take parameters from the url and pass them to the troll_list_users() function.
