Hi, my host says it is unable to install Ffmpeg. Can I still use the Video module? It doesn't say anywhere on the module page that this is a server requirement so I'm confused...
Is there another module out there which can run without Ffmpeg?

Yes. You can use video module without trancoding videos and autothumbanils.
