On my website, I have a content type artwork, and a node reference connecting it to art prices. As you can see this is great because it has many prices for each piece of art sold. However, I am having a difficult time editing these prices. The only way to do it is to go to content manager filter, and guess which of the many prices is incorrect. Is there anyway an admin could click on the views chart and edit the price of the referenced field (art prices)? Or is there an easier way to find the correct content so I can edit it?

you should be able to add an edit link to the view. look under the "Node" set of fields in your views UI. the link will only show up for users with permission to edit the node, though you might get an extra, blank column for most users (which should be pretty unnoticeable).
you also might try http://drupal.org/project/editview but that might be overkill
