Junk for comments module be improved? In addition, the deleted node module used for organizing authority roles although some will be more beautiful.

Junking comments is a good feature suggest, I'll think on how to implement it (comments are handled differently from nodes).
As for the second point - node module perms will replace Junk's current perms system as I mentioned here #743218: Allow Own node deletion only in the nearest new release.
