Best Flag content for Drupal 5 and Drupal 6 ?

do you know if this Flag content module is working perfectly on Drupal 5 and 6 ?

Is it the best Flag content module and the easiest one to use or do you have any other one to advice ?

I dont know, i am also looking for a good solution in user flagging content for drupal 6, but this one is only in dev so, is there a better one?
