Top affiliate page remains empty despite reported clicks from users

There are no reported users in the top affiliate page and block, top affiliates for period block and top affiliate climbers for period block despite clicks being recorded on the individual user pages.

My cron runs every hour, I've disabled block, javascriptand css caching.

My period is 1 day which is longer than the hourly cron, following the instructions.

I've allowed affiliate clicks and affiliate views for all users.

I've cleared the cache but still no users are showing up in the areas I mentioned above.
