I see that Question (www.drupal.org/project/question) has been abandoned and I'd like to volunteer to take over maintenance of it.

I'll leave this message here for a while for codepoet or any other interested co-maintainers to chime in.

Looking through the issue queue, I think I can resolve quite a few bugs very quickly, get an offical D6 version out, and then I'll be keen to start on a D7.x branch. I already have started developing question functionality using fields API in a separate D7.x module, but it would make sense to merge this into existing question module.

My only desire is that there's a clear upgrade/migration path for existing users to any new versions. The way Question currently stores data is not really fantastic and should probably get redesigned, but I never got around to it because of the migration worries.

Either way, I'll add you on as a contributor, so have at it. :) What's your CVS account name?
