Collapsiblock module inoperable in Multiflex3 theme. Collapsiblock offers the ability to save screen-landscape by placing more in less room - including multiple menus, etc.. Multiflex3 theme doesn't allow for this benefit, and therefore useless for my purposes, and possibly for others as well?

Collapsiblock needs to know the page element in which block titles are enclosed. Multiflex3 uses h1 so use that for
your /modules/collapsiblock/theme/multiflex3.inc file. Hope this helps
