Everything seems to be working with one exception: When a new paper is submitted, the author receives the automatic email sent for late reviews. The subject line is correct: "New paper submission notification." But, the body of the email is the text associated with a late review: "The deadline has passed for receipt of your review..."

Any ideas how I can fix this?
