which is the Drupal 5.0 version of CHANGELOG.txt.
Instead it should link to
http://drupalcode.org/viewvc/drupal/drupal/CHANGELOG.txt?view=markup
which is the HEAD version.

I removed the CHANGELOG, which is not at all in sync in any branch (the 7.x changelog doesn't have any 6.x change right now).
